He has assisted various organisations to achieve optimal tax efficiency through tax planning, tax risk management and corporate restructuring. An expert in conflict resolution, he works with clients to resolve complex tax issues and has advised many multinationals on tax and regulatory implications of commercial transactions.

Regulatory Experience

Ademola has been involved in all aspects of tax matters including tax investigation, tax audit, desk examinations, and engagements with the Federal Inland Revenue Service and State Internal Revenue Services. He has served as consultant on revenue generation to Lagos, Ondo, Oyo, Kano, Osun, Kwara and Ogun States.
